Sr Test Engineer II

As a Senior Test Automation Engineer at Clean Harbors Inc., you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining Automation Test strategy and Frameworks based on the Automation tools & requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Experience in programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript is essential for writing and maintaining automated test scripts. - Good understanding of QA processes and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) including Agile and DevOps practices. - Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential issues early in the development process. - Review, analyze and document test results and metrics with recommendations to the Leadership and required teams. - Responsible for producing the overall Test delivery plan and defining the business test deliverable milestones, test tasks and activities whilst determining whether automation tools can be utilised. - Manage a large testing capability, resources and testing process from project initiation to post implementation review and extended wellness. - Participating in preparation of Quality assessments, reports, and metrics formulating go-no go statement based on reports and metrics, test progress and defect status. - Manage and maintain automation test environments and infrastructure. - Train and mentor team members on Automation testing best practices and techniques. - Develop Test Executions Pipelines using any of the DevOps tools. - Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in automation testing. - Work with QA Engineers to identify test scenarios, data requirements, functionality, and areas of application and system level risk. Qualifications: - Minimum 5+ Years of experience in Automation using Selenium. - Experience in Automation testing technologies like Selenium, UFT, APPIUM tools. - Experience in BDD -Cucumber Test Automation Framework development and implementation. - Experience in any of the programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript. - Experience in DevOps - Pipelines for Automation Test Executions. - Hand-on on recording, updating, executing and writing automation test tools/scripts. - Automation testing for Web, API, Mobile Technologies. - Able to integrate SQL queries into ATC and perform test data setup. - Good Exposure on BrowserStack/Jira Test Case Management too.
