Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Vision: ● Develop a comprehensive product strategy for the Global Compliance product line, aligning with the company's goals and market demands ● Define a clear vision for the compliance products and their role in supporting our customers' regulatory needs Product Development and Lifecycle Management: • Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate compliance requirements into user-friendly and effective software solutions Customer-Centric Approach: ● Establish strong relationships with key customers to understand their compliance challenges and needs ● Incorporate customer feedback into product design and development, ensuring solutions resonate with the market
Data-Driven Decision Making: ● Leverage data and analytics to make informed product decisions, track key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvements Stakeholder Communication: ● Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership, sales teams, customers, and other relevant stakeholders Qualifications and Skills: ● Bachelor’s degree in business, Legal, Computer Science, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred). ● Proven experience of 5+ years in product management, preferably in compliance-related products or industries. ● Must have experience building cloud SaaS and/or data visualization products. ● Must have experience building software products for Indian and International customers. ● Good to have (not required) Finance/Compliance experience (professional or academic) ● Deep understanding of global compliance regulations, industry standards, and best practices. ● Experience in successfully developing and launching software products from concept to market. ● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. ● Proficiency in collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. ● Prior experience with compliance software, risk management, or related fields is a plus.
