Technical Program Manager

About the Role We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join Clear. The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for managing projects and programs, from conception to delivery. This role requires a technical background, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a SAAS environment, and a strong track record of managing complex technical projects. They will be able to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities (What you'll be expected to do) Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute complex technical projects. Develop and maintain project plans and documentation. Identify and manage project risks and issues; and suggest feasible solutions. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Work with product and engineering teams to prioritize feature development or resolve any product bugs. Manage communication with external vendors and partners in case any. Hands-on with data analysis; tracking usage metrics etc. Closely work with Account Managers and Customer Success manager for project deliverables Develop the integrated solution with ERP and demonstrate it to customers Handling multi-vendor projects, budgeting, and global teams, ensuring quality and efficiency. Enable seamless and secure data exchange and interoperability across diverse platforms and applications.
