About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to clients regarding API integration and troubleshooting. 2. Manage and engage with the ClearTax online community to foster a positive and collaborative environment. 3. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, ensuring high customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to address technical issues and suggest improvements. 5. Document and track customer issues and resolutions to improve overall support efficiency. 6. Identify patterns in customer inquiries and work towards creating self-service resources. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve the quality of support provided continuously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving technical issues. 6. Solid understanding of APIs- ability to interpret payloads and validate data integrity.
