Engineering Manager

Job Description: As a Technology Project Lead, you will have the responsibility to lead end-to-end ownership of technology projects. This includes managing the projects from requirement gathering to deployment. You will also be mentoring software engineers to ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and DevOps. Collaborating with Product, Analytics, and Business teams will be crucial to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions. Your role will involve ensuring high availability, performance optimization, and data security across all platforms. Additionally, you will be evaluating and integrating new technologies to enhance platform capabilities. Managing external tech vendors and ensuring timely project delivery will also be part of your responsibilities.
