As a WordPress Developer at ClickSeek Digital, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our clients websites, ensuring seamless functionality, optimal performance, and exceptional user experience You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to deliver high-quality websites that meet both client and company standards Job Responsibilities: Website Development: Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring responsiveness and optimal performance. Collaborate with the design and content teams to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements. Technical Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing websites, addressing and resolving issues promptly. Conduct regular website audits to identify and rectify any technical issues, ensuring sites are secure and up-to-date. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and SEO teams to implement on-page SEO best practices. Collaborate with graphic designers to integrate visual elements into website design and functionality. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of websites to ensure optimal performance across various browsers and devices. Implement and adhere to best practices for coding standards and quality assurance. Key Requirements: Technical Proficiency: Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects. Expertise in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development technologies. Familiarity with front-end frameworks and tools such as Bootstrap. WordPress Expertise: In-depth knowledge of WordPress architecture, theming, and plugin development. Experience in customizing and extending WordPress themes and plugins. Understanding of the latest WordPress trends and updates. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Communication Skills: Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
