About the role
As a Cyber Security Analyst at Clifford Chance, you will be expected to have 1-3 years of relevant cyber security experience with a strong background in understanding networks, operating systems, and cloud IT. Your problem-solving and troubleshooting skills will be crucial as you handle cyber security alerts and incidents. Experience with Microsoft Azure and O365 is essential for this role. Your strong organizational skills will be tested as you track tasks and incidents, handle multiple information sources, and report progress regularly. Key Responsibilities: - Handle incidents and alerts daily using Microsoft cloud solutions, log analysis, and malware sandboxing - Ensure proper containment, investigation, and remediation of all incidents according to procedures - Operate the firm's Vulnerability Management solution and provide reports to IT Operations and IT Risk - Monitor for new vulnerabilities and update the team on potential exploit indicators and patching strategies - Collaborate with the UK and India Cyber Security team, share knowledge, and maintain regular contact - Stay updated on tools and best practices in incident handling and security monitoring - Support penetration tests, improvement projects, compliance monitoring activities, and audits - Provide metrics on vulnerabilities, patching, incidents, and threats - Support on-call responsibilities as needed once experienced Clifford Chance is a leading global law firm known for combining high global standards with local expertise.
