Role Overview: As the HR Reporting and Analytics Lead at Clifford Chance, you will be responsible for collaborating with global functional leads within HR, Regional HR leaders, and HRBPs to lead the roadmap of the People Data, Reporting, and Analytics function. Your role will involve utilizing various systems and data sources to deliver reports and dashboards. You will play a crucial role in developing and delivering the firm's People and Talent Strategy, designing and delivering people practices, and advising the firm's leadership on organizational and individual people. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into a comprehensive analytical framework using advanced statistical techniques. - Implement and automate business needs on Workday and BI tools for real-time HR analytics. - Drive analytics maturity through continuous improvement in data quality management practices and standard tools and capabilities. - Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics focused on business issues and priorities. - Assist in various HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives. - Partner with global HR colleagues to understand their needs and business questions for required analysis and deliverables. - Build the function by hiring the required technical expertise and sustaining a high-performance team. - Develop capabilities of team members through objective setting, defining clear roles & responsibilities, and cultivating a culture of constant learning, teamwork, and mutual respect. - Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines. - Drive the adoption of the Analytics platform across the HR organization. - Maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders to understand leadership priorities and build relevant analysis. - Create and foster a culture of constant learning, teamwork, camaraderie, and mutual respect within the team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience in MIS, Statistics, or similar field. - Experience in managing projects for diversified reporting systems. - Strong experience with Workday Reporting tools, Data architecture, Data Quality Management, and Data on BI/Analytics projects. - Knowledge of Workday Reporting, SQL, Power BI, Excel. - Good to have knowledge of programming, Python, Tableau, and other analytical tools. - Excellent data management and analysis skills. - Eagerness to learn new things and improve processes continuously. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Analytical mindset with good judgment and prioritization skills. - Demonstrated leadership, networking, and organizational skills.
