Senior Business Analysis Manager - IT Transformation/IT Target Operating Model

Role Overview: As a Senior Business Analysis Manager at Clifford Chance, you will play a crucial role in leading and providing expert guidance across large-scale and complex Business Transformation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Business Analysis, Change, PMO, and program delivery, as well as senior c-suite leaders, legal and business professional experts, and leads across the firm. Key Responsibilities: - Leading Business Analysis activities and monitoring performance across complex and large-scale transformation. - Organizing and coordinating efforts of a Business Analysis team by defining appropriate methods, managing stakeholder engagement, developing governance, managing information, and monitoring performance. - Developing and maintaining solid stakeholder relationships across the firm, identifying and analyzing all affected stakeholders, and assuring effective collaboration across transformation. - Exploring business problems and opportunities, defining business needs and requirements, and proposing effective ways to realize desired business outcomes aligned with strategic priorities. - Informing and assuring change and delivery strategies, decision-making, and delivery across complex transformation. - Managing and maintaining scope, requirements, and design information, ensuring effective control of changes. - Structuring, organizing, and defining requirements into agreed artifacts. - Evaluating and agreeing on solution options to realize desired business outcomes and benefits. - Providing valuable foresight and insight across transformation. - Proactively contributing to advancing capabilities and improving performance through Business Analysis best practices. - Guiding, mentoring, and coaching Business Analysis peers. Qualifications Required: - Solid understanding of IT operations. - TOM transformation experience, ideally across IT. - Strong understanding of industry standard business analysis, change, and project management principles, methodologies, tools, and approaches. - Experience leading Business Analysis teams across complex and large-scale transformation. - Experience informing and influencing stakeholders across complex and large-scale transformation. - Highly Desirable: - Relevant Business Analysis accreditation and/or membership. - Experience within the Legal industry and/or a Global Professional Services environment. - Understanding of Legal Matter Lifecycle, IT, Business Development, Finance, and/or HR operations and transformation. - Understanding of common Legal, CRM, and ERP technologies. - Experience enabling organizations to become more data-driven with analytics and insights. - Experience adopting and leveraging AI to optimize business analysis performance.
