Act as the primary point of contact with the vendor for resolving any issues related to Fortify. Support for Server Patching; - Collaboration with the Wintel/Unix teams during server patching activities to ensure minimal disruption Manage the onboarding and offboarding of applications and users to the platform. Maintain documentation Maintain Standard Operating procedures (SOPs), runbooks, and support documentation to ensure up to date and accessible information.
