About the role
PFB JD: Responsibilities: Taking ownership of the end-to-end Oracle testing and automation initiatives within the transformation programme and managing interdependencies of ongoing projects workstreams. Work with 3rd Party solution providers and implementation partners to plan, design, and execute the testing projects. Lead and mentor QA testers and automation engineers, providing guidance and support. Train team members on QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
