Design and run large-scale data validation scripts using Python and SQL/PLSQL to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and referential integrity post-migration. Develop utilities or automation scripts for row count verification, checksum validation, and delta detection. Coordinate closely with DBAs and platform teams on cutover and rollback strategies. Write and optimize complex queries for performance, especially across large datasets. Perform deep data analysis to identify anomalies, data quality issues, or integrity risks during migration. Assist functional teams with root cause analysis on data discrepancies. Partner with Finance and Ops teams to streamline and optimize month-end close data processing, reducing latency and manual effort. Automate repetitive tasks using Python-based ETL or workflow orchestration Create and maintain end-to-end documentation covering data flows, transformation logic, reconciliation steps, and exception handling. Prepare handover playbooks for operational teams (L1/L2), including alerting, health checks, and recovery procedures. Act as the L2 support owner post-migration for any data flow issues or unexpected behavior in Oracle platform. Monitor data pipelines, job schedules, and proactively flag anomalies.
