About the role
Overall experience of 6 years in DW/ BI technologies and minimum 5 years development experience in ETL DataStage 8.x/ 9.x tool. Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using IBM DataStage to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into our data warehouse Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications Worked extensively in parallel jobs, sequences and preferably in routines. Good conceptual knowledge on data- warehouse and various methodologies. Strong SQL database skills in Teradata and other databases like Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 etc Working knowledge in UNIX shell scripting. Good communication and presentation skills Should be flexible with the overlapping working hours Should be able to work independently and act proactively Develop, implement, and maintain best practices for DataStage Mandatory skills* DataStage , SQL Desired skills* Unix , PL/SQL
