About the role
- Should have hands-on experience on building ETL data flows in DataStage. 3. Should be strong on SQL, Stored Procedures and Data Warehouse concepts 4. Should have good understanding of FACTS, dimensions, data model schemas. 5. Should be able to drive team, Maintain effort tracker, Maintain timesheets, Maintain delivery metrics. 6. Should be able to Communicate & represent offshore team to Client 7. Should Track deliveries, Ensure delivery timelines are met 8. Bring speed & improvement in delivery 9. Remove blocker by communicating with stakeholders 10. Should have in-depth knowledge to do code reviews. 11. Should be able to guide team on performance tuning of queries. 12. Should have hands-on experience on Agile, Do Backlog grooming, handle agile ceremonies using Azure ADO Board 13. Also, being a tech Lead, he should own user-stories and deliver it.
