Agent Desktop Customization: Tailoring the agent experience using add-ins (C#, . NET). Customer Portal Customization: Enhancing self-service capabilities using PHP/JavaScript/HTML/CSS. Extensive experience with Oracle B2C Service Cloud administration, configuration, and customization (Custom Objects, Workspaces, Workflows, Business Rules, Reports, Profiles, etc. ).
