Salesforce Clouds: Deep functional expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience, Financial Service Cloud). Declarative Configuration: Mastery of Salesforce configuration tools (Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Security Model, Reports & Dashboards). Data Modeling: Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, relationships, and data migration strategies. Business Analysis: Proficient in requirements gathering, process mapping (AS-IS/TO-BE), and gap analysis. User Experience (UX): Understanding of best practices for user interface design and user adoption. Technical Skills (Required): Documentation Tools: Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, Confluence, Google Docs. Salesforce Configuration: Salesforce Setup, Flow Builder, Process Builder, Data Loader. Presentation Tools: Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides. Project Management Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Trello. Soft Skills (Required): Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business processes and ability to align technology with business goals. Requirements Elicitation: Exceptional skills in gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing complex business requirements. Communication & Presentation: Excellent ability to articulate complex solutions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
