About the role
Minimum 5 years experience in SAP development, preferably within SAP HCM (Personnel Administration and Payroll Accounting - SAP Modules PA and PY) Strong experience in SAP Customisation: Infotypes, Wage Types, Schema, Rules, Features Hands-on knowledge of SAP Payroll: tables, structures, programs, messages, views, transactions, and function groups Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Experience working in Agile methodology as part of a Scrum team
