Experience in supplier on boarding Process in Ariba network Ariba release features and packages Knowledge on ticket handling tools like ServiceNow, JIRA etc. Knowledge on handling major incidents and Problem Management Co-ordinate with Ariba product team for the cases raised on the product issue Co-ordinate with other third party applications integrating Ariba You will support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives.
