Relevant Experience and certifications 4-6 Years of SAP Marketing Cloud experience (1-2 implementation experience preferred) SAP C4C certification preferred. Prior OnPrem CRM Service experience preferred Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities) Experienced more than 5+ years in SAP Marketing Cloud Able to perform- (Hands on Experience) System Configuration Planning and executing Implementation / Integrate / Support activities with respect to SAP Marketing Cloud Create and conduct presentations/workshops/demos on system functionality to the client Enhancements in SAP Marketing Cloud. Integration tasks of the SAP Marketing Cloud with other SAP, SAP Cloud and Non-SAP applications and able to work with APIs Dynamic Customer Profiling Segmentation and Campaign management Content Management Administration tasks Data Upload Marketing Resource Management In-depth Marketing Analytics Marketing Lead Management Work with Odata/Standard APIs, enhancements and building custom OData services Extensibility and adaptation in SAP marketing Cloud Relevant Experience and certifications 4-6 Years of SAP Marketing cloud experience (1-2 implementation experience preferred) SAP Marketing cloud certification preferred.
