Coordinate with stakeholders to minimize disruption and ensure smooth transitions. Environment Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee the deployment of releases. Ensure releases are delivered on within defined scope and quality parameters. Conduct post-release reviews and implement improvements in Environment if any in collaboration with SAP. Transport configuration management across instances during program releases SAP BASIS Administration: Administer and configure SAP systems, landscapes, and modules. User Access Management Module & GRC/Empower-ID know-how Monitor and manage SAP PLM systems performance, availability, and capacity. Monitor/Manage system installations, patches, upgrades, and backups. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal, external stakeholders Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of changes to L1/L2 teams during BAU transitions. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies . Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards. Skills/Experiences Essential Strong understanding of release and change management principles and practices. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with relevant tools and technologies (e. g. , BASIS-Adminstration, ITIL, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines).
