Configure and maintain SCCM infrastructure components for optimal performance. Application Packaging and Deployment: Package and deploy applications and software updates using SCCM. Collaborate with application owners and stakeholders to ensure successful deployments. Patch Management: Manage and maintain patching processes for servers and endpoints using SCCM. Coordinate testing and deployment of security updates. Operating System Deployment: Design and manage operating system deployment (OSD) processes using SCCM. Create and maintain OS images for various hardware platforms. Endpoint Management: Configure and manage endpoint settings and policies through SCCM. Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related issues. Security and Compliance: Implement security measures within SCCM, including access controls and data encryption. Ensure SCCM environments comply with security policies and standards. Monitoring and Reporting: Implement monitoring solutions for SCCM to proactively identify and address issues. Generate and analyze reports related to system health and compliance. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SCCM configurations, procedures, and best practices. Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for SCCM administration.
