Number of Openings* 1 ECMS Request no in sourcing stage * 533302 Duration of contract* 6 Months Total Yrs. of Experience* 8+ years Relevant Yrs. of experience(Total and Relevant cannot be the same which results in sourcing irrelevant talents) 4+ years Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities) Work with clients to understand their business processes and requirements on CRM processes Configure and customize ZOHO CRM system based on business needs Map out CRM processes and document system specifications Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot system issues Perform quality assurance testing to ensure system functionality Assist with system upgrades and integration with other systems Monitor ZOHO CRM system and provide regular performance reports Incident and change management functions under production support. Proven work experience of 3 to 4 years as a ZOHO CRM Functional Consultant role. Experience with CRM software (e. g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) Understanding of ZOHO CRM best practices and functionality Ability to analyze and interpret business requirements Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Knowledge of data analysis and reporting Mandatory skills ZOHO CRM Desired skills* ZOHO CRM Domain* SAP Approx. vendor billing rate excluding service tax(Currency should be in relevance to the candidate work location) INR 10, 000/DAY Delivery Anchor for screening, interviews and feedback* nagaraju. chapa@infosys. com Precise Work Location(E. g.
