As an Intern - Statistical Programming at ClinChoice, you will be a part of a global organization that collaborates with the largest pharmaceutical, medical device, vaccine, and consumer care innovators. Your role will involve working under the guidance of the Associate Manager, Statistical Programming, and above. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Successfully completing the clinical programming training program within the agreed time and passing the test conducted afterward. - Demonstrating a good understanding of new project assignments. - Asking questions effectively during the training program. - Completing all training assignments on time with high quality. - Proactively communicating with seniors and seeking help to ensure tasks are completed with the first time right (FTR) approach. - Producing statistical analysis using SAS/R in compliance with relevant standard operating procedures. - Ensuring adherence to SOPs and programming according to specifications. - Delivering assigned tasks and projects within agreed timelines and quality standards. - Developing SAS Programs for statistical analysis of study data, including tables, listings, and figures for low complexity studies. - Programming according to CDISC SDTM standards. - Communicating effectively with the internal project team and collaborating closely with the study/working group. - Reporting issues to Project or Study leads or Supervisors promptly. - Taking responsibility for continuous development of your skills as per the Individual development plan. - Actively participating in knowledge-sharing meetings, asking questions, and providing feedback for continuous process and standards improvement. - Conducting other administrative and departmental activities as required.
