Qualifications Required: - 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in backend development within a fast-paced environment. - Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases, caching, and asynchronous processing. - Experience in building scalable backend services, distributed systems, and working with microservices architecture. - Ability to take end-to-end ownership of backend features from design to deployment. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with attention to detail. - Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment where speed and quality are emphasized.
