This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in various IT functions and help candidates build strong technical and professional skills. Successful performers during the internship may be offered a full-time position. Key Responsibilities Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. Support day-to-day IT operations, system monitoring, and maintenance tasks. Perform installation, configuration, and updating of software and systems. Provide technical support to team members and resolve basic IT queries. Document processes, issues, and solutions for internal records. Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects and technical tasks. Learn and apply new tools, technologies, and best practices. Required Skills Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking. Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments (added advantage). Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
