Product Management - Jr & Sr Positions

Looking for a passionate Product Management professional with 1+ years of relevant Product Management experience for Junior & 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience for Senior Positions who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and social impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, build, and scale digital products that support our consulting and employability-focused initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES: Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with company goals Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver user-centric features Conduct market and user research to identify product opportunities and pain points Develop and prioritize user stories, requirements, and backlogs Coordinate and facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Measure product performance using data, analytics, and feedback Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication Support the product lifecycle from ideation to release and iteration Required Skills: Experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills Hands-on experience with Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar tools Ability to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals Basic knowledge of UI/UX design and wireframing tools Exposure to analytics tools Background in ed-tech, social impact, or consulting platforms Familiarity with basic SQL or APIs is a plus Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus) 1+ years of relevant Product Management experience for Junior & 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience for Senior Positions Passionate about building products that drive social impact and inclusivity Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity to learn and grow BENEFITS: Be a part of an award-winning organization shaping the future of work and employability Remuneration as per industry standards A collaborative, inclusive and supportive team environment
