Salesforce Solution Architect (Pune Division)

Position Overview As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will work with architects and analysts to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. You will develop, test, and maintain integrations, data migration, and customizations using tools like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. You'll ensure quality through testing, adhere to coding standards, and participate in code reviews to maintain best practices and design patterns. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices and business requirements. - Manage the implementation of improvements and new functionality in Salesforce applications. - Demonstrated experience in pre-sales engagements, including responding to RFPs/RFIs and solutioning. - Provide support and solutions for break/fix issues. - Communicate and collaborate with technical resources and stakeholders regarding project status, technical issues, and solutions. - Perform Salesforce administration tasks (e.g., creating accounts/profiles, defining fields, updating layouts, reports, dashboards). - Support Salesforce.com configuration tasks, such as field/page updates, workflows, and automated approvals. - Assist with data migration-related activities for system cutover and Salesforce go-live. - Manage multiple projects and priorities using project management methodologies to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions. - Monitor Salesforce.com usage to ensure compliance and maintain data security. - Interface with business analysts and technical staff to deliver complete work products. - Implement and integrate AppExchange platforms. - Research and resolve integration issues, collaborating with operations and development teams. - Develop current Salesforce prototypes and applications, researching emerging Salesforce technologies. - Perform application maintenance and troubleshooting. - Build and mainta .
