Role Description The Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules in a remote, contract role. Day-to-day activities include analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring HRMS solutions, and developing functional specifications for technical components such as interfaces, workflows, reports, and customizations. The consultant will perform system testing, troubleshoot and resolve HRMS issues, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and compliant HR processes. The role also involves providing user support and training, working closely with HR and IT teams to optimize HRIS-related workflows, data integrity, and system performance. Qualifications - Strong HR domain skills, including HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and HR Policies, with the ability to translate business processes into system requirements. - Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), preferably Oracle EBS HRMS, including configuration, maintenance, and integration with related modules. - Background in Management Consulting or similar roles, with skills in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and process improvement. - Hands-on Oracle EBS HRMS techno-functional experience (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Time & Labor), including .
