About the role
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional with deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ), and Salesforce Industry Clouds to design and deliver scalable, end-to-end CRM, quoting, and industry-specific solutions. The role requires strong functional understanding, hands-on configuration and development skills, and experience working with complex enterprise business processes. Key Responsibilities Sales Cloud Design and implement Lead-to-Opportunity processes Configure Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, Price Books Implement Sales Processes, Forecasting, Path, Automation (Flows) Build dashboards and reports for sales performance and pipeline management Service Cloud Design End-to-End Case Management solutions Configure Queues, Assignment Rules, Escalations, Entitlements & SLAs Implement Omni-Channel, CTI, Live Chat, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case Customize Service Console, Macros, Knowledge, Quick Text Enable Experience Cloud for customer/partner self-service portals Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) Design and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions Configure Products, Bundles, Options, and Product Rules Implement Pricing Methods, Discount Schedules, and Approval Processes Configure Quote Templates, Document Generation, and Contract Lifecycle Integrate CPQ with Order Management, Billing, ERP, and Finance systems Support Amendments, Renewals, Upgrades, and Subscriptions Salesforce Industry Cloud (One or more: Automotive, Communications, Financial Services, Health, Manufacturing ) Implement Industry Data Models & Objects Configure OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors) Design industry-specific business flows and UI experiences Customize Industry Consoles and Guided Processes Integrate industry clouds with Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud Support industry APIs and standard integration patterns Automation & Development Build automation using Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled) Develop custom logic using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex Build custom UI using Lightning Web Components (LWC) Optimize performance, governor limits, and data model design Integration & Architecture Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, MuleSoft Integrate Salesforce with ERP, Order Management, Billing, and external systems Support SSO, OAuth, and enterprise security standards Follow Salesforce reference architectures and best practices Reporting, Analytics & AI Build advanced Reports and Dashboards Enable CRM Analytics for sales, service, and revenue insights Support Einstein AI features (Lead Scoring, Opportunity Insights, Case Classification) Deployment, Governance & Delivery Manage deployments using SFDX, CI/CD pipelines, and Change Sets Ensure data security, compliance, and audit readiness Support UAT, production issues, and post-go-live enhancements Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and training Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud Experience implementing at least one Salesforce Industry Cloud Solid understanding of Salesforce security and data model Strong stakeholder communication and solution design skills Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models Good to Have Experience with Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) Knowledge of Order Management & Billing Exposure to Data Cloud & Agentforce MuleSoft integration experience Certifications (Preferred) Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Salesforce CPQ Specialist Salesforce Industry Cloud Consultant (Automotive / FSC / Communications, etc) Salesforce Platform Developer I / II Required Skills Technology Proficiency - Salesforce Excellence in Salesforce Sales Cloud
