Senior Product Manager- Integrations

You will be joining CloudEagle.ai as a Senior Product Manager, responsible for driving the strategic direction and development of the platform. Your role will involve shaping the product vision, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering solutions that enhance customer experience and optimize product performance. CloudEagle is seeking a highly experienced individual who can contribute significantly to the success of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Own the roadmap and execution for third-party integrations across CloudEagle's platform. - Understand customer workflows and identify integration opportunities that solve real business problems. - Gather requirements from customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders and translate them into detailed product requirements. - Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver scalable and reliable integrations. - Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions teams to prioritize new integration requests. - Define success metrics and track adoption and performance of integrations. - Create and maintain product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer impact and business goals. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify ecosystem opportunities. - Drive cross-functional alignment throughout the product lifecycle. - Partner with Marketing and GTM teams to create product collateral and launch new capabilities. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of Product Management experience. - Prior experience working in a B2B SaaS company is mandatory. - Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication mechanisms, and SaaS ecosystems. - Experience working with third-party integrations and platform products is mandatory. - Must hold a B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a startup environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Understanding of Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing functions. - Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Jira, and API documentation is a plus. - Exposure to AI, Cloud, SaaS, Enterprise Applications, or workflow automation platforms is an advantage.
