Auramah Valley is seeking an innovative and results-driven AI Officer to lead the adoption and implementation of Artificial Intelligence across our Luxury Real Estate and Hospitality businesses. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities to automate processes, improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and enable data-driven decision-making through AI technologies. The AI Officer will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, HR, Projects, Hospitality, CRM, Finance, and Administration to design and deploy AI-powered solutions that create measurable business value. Key Responsibilities AI Strategy & Digital Transformation Drive AI adoption across business functions, including Real Estate, Hospitality, HR, Sales, Marketing, CRM, Finance, Projects, and Operations. Identify business processes that can be optimized through AI, automation, and machine learning. Develop and execute an AI roadmap aligned with the organization's digital transformation goals. Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions. AI Implementation & Automation Design and implement AI-powered workflows to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Develop AI assistants, chatbots, and intelligent automation solutions for internal teams and customer engagement. Automate repetitive administrative tasks using AI platforms and workflow automation tools. Integrate AI solutions with existing business systems wherever applicable. Business Intelligence & Analytics Build AI-powered dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. Analyze operational and customer data to generate actionable insights. Create predictive models for sales forecasting, occupancy trends, customer behavior, and business performance. Present AI-driven insights to leadership through interactive dashboards and reports. AI Applications Across Departments Sales & Marketing Lead scoring and customer segmentation. AI-powered CRM insights and sales forecasting. Personalized marketing campaigns and content generation. Market trend analysis. Hospitality Guest experience enhancement using AI. Predictive occupancy and revenue analytics. Smart service request management. AI-based customer feedback and sentiment analysis. Human Resources AI-assisted recruitment and resume screening. Performance analytics and workforce planning. Employee engagement insights. HR reporting and dashboard automation. Projects & Construction Project progress analytics and reporting. Risk prediction and resource planning. Construction documentation automation. Project dashboard development. AI Tools & Technologies Hands-on experience with one or more of the following is preferred: ChatGPT Claude AI Microsoft Copilot Google Gemini Perplexity AI NotebookLM Power BI Tableau Microsoft Power Automate Zapier Make (Integromat) AI workflow platforms and automation tools Data Management & Governance Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and compliance while implementing AI solutions. Maintain documentation for AI initiatives and process improvements. Measure ROI and business impact of AI implementations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. 35 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Business Intelligence, or Digital Transformation. Experience implementing AI solutions in business environments. Strong understanding of Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, AI Automation, and Large Language Models (LLMs). Hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau. Experience with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity. Knowledge of workflow automation platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier, or Make. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
