About the role
As the Product Manager for Smartask 2.0 and Celia, your key responsibilities include: - Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for Smartask 2.0 and Celia, ensuring decisions are aligned with the Output-vs-Outcome thesis. - Transform the four-stage workflow and the "Submitted - Needs Correction - Accepted" model into user-friendly experiences for clients, CLOUDIT team, firms, and management. - Implement a prioritization strategy to deliver a thin, working slice initially and expand through phased rollouts. You will also be responsible for: - Designing and developing the AI platform architecture, specifically Celia as an aggregator layer routing prompts across multiple LLMs and architecting the RAG framework for accurate answers. - Defining prompt-routing logic, guardrails, and fallback strategy to balance quality, latency, and cost effectively. - Establishing token metering and an AI-hours model for billing purposes. Additionally, your role involves: - Building and integrating the Smartask workflow with AI and human-validation layers across all stages. - Implementing features like task-level chat, documents-outputs toggle, and consultation-booking flow. - Developing per-client knowledge systems and maintaining integrations with accounting/ERP and POS systems. As a leader in engineering, your duties will include: - Mentoring and growing the engineering, data, and AI teams while setting technical standards. - Leading the delivery process, managing scope, dependencies, and ensuring high-quality releases. - Making build-vs-buy decisions and managing technical risks effectively. Furthermore, you are expected to: - Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, partner firms, and clients to align the product with real workflows. - Monitor AI output accuracy, system performance, reliability, and security measures. - Track and optimize AI token cost and infrastructure spend against revenue targets. Lastly, you will be tasked with: - Driving MVP development for a live task with one pilot firm and client. - Running the pilot, capturing feedback, validating billing, and converting learnings into the rollout plan. This role will require you to work closely with various teams, make critical decisions, and ensure the successful development and deployment of Smartask 2.0 and Celia.
