Bengaluru (Work from customer location near airport) 8+ Yrs Job Description We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML Engineering Lead to join our team and lead a specialized team of Machine Learning Engineers and Generative AI Engineers focused on automotive and manufacturing industry solutions. If you are passionate about leading AI-driven transformation in engineering domains, we want to hear from you. Requirements 8+ years in software development, 5+ years in ML/AI leadership, preferably in automotive or manufacturing. Machine Learning & Deep Learning: Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn; expertise in computer vision, time series forecasting, and simulation analysis. Generative AI & LLMs: Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines; experience with open-source and cloud LLMs (Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI). Engineering Domain Expertise: Knowledge of CAD, CAE, PLM software; experience with structured and unstructured engineering data. Applied Expertise: End-to-end AI solutions, scaling models to production, experimentation frameworks, and performance optimization. Experience leading teams on computer vision solutions and conversational AI for engineering operations. Strong understanding of AI ethics, model governance, and regulatory compliance in engineering domains.
