About the role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor Gather and analyze business requirements for time entry, overtime, shifts, and premiums Configure time layouts, worker time profiles, time categories, and eligibility profiles Configure time calculation rules and validations Support integration between Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Payroll Design and support inbound/outbound integrations using HCM Extracts, HDL, REST/SOAP Develop and maintain Fast Formulas (Time and Payroll) Create BI Publisher and OTBI reports Support third-party time systems Perform data conversions and mass data loads Support UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live issues Troubleshoot defects and provide root cause analysis Manage Oracle quarterly release impact analysis Manage and configure Union workforce and complex time rules Manager and support Third-party time clock integration Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor Led at least one end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor implementation Oracle Time and Labor Cloud 2025 Certified Implementation Professional 8 to 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience Strong understanding of payroll and absence integration US Client Consulting Experience
