About the role
3-5 Years of experience in Managing and supporting IT in Software industries Should have experience in handling hardware and software issue of staff working in IT projects Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and networks to ensure smooth operations. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage IT support, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues of hardware and software Maintain and manage IT licenses Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place to protect company data. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and IT procurement. Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed. Ensure compliance with IT regulations, security protocols, and data protection laws. Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Experience in handling Microsoft suite (365,azure, VD's ,Security)
