SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Functional Consultant

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Functional Consultant to implement SAP HCM solutions utilizing SAP HANA and S/4HANA technologies. You will work closely with clients, engaging in planning, execution, and support of projects to meet their HR system requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy SAP HCM solutions leveraging SAP HANA and S/4HANA platforms.Collaborate with clients throughout project lifecycle including planning, implementation, and ongoing support.Key QualificationsExpertise in SAP HCM Core modules such as Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA).Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and SAP HCM integration.Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA environments.Ability to analyze and translate HR business needs into technical requirements.Relevant SAP EC certifications are highly preferred.Additional InformationFor inquiries regarding this opportunity, please contact madhuri.b@mycloudxtreme.com.
