Associate Software Engineer

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and talented Software Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in .NET (C#), Java, or Python, along with an interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software applications while contributing to innovative AI-powered solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. Assist in developing, integrating, and deploying AI/ML models into software applications. Work with AI APIs, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI solutions where applicable. Stay updated with emerging technologies, AI advancements, and recommend improvements. Required Skills Strong proficiency in at least one of the following: .NET / C# Java Python Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts. Familiarity with AI/ML libraries or frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or Hugging Face is a plus. Knowledge of REST APIs and API integration. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience with debugging, unit testing, and performance optimization. Strong programming fundamentals, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular. Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, AWS AI/ML, Google Vertex AI, or similar AI cloud services. Understanding of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI model integration is an added advantage. Knowledge of design patterns and clean architecture. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. 01 years of software development experience (Freshers with strong technical skills and AI/ML knowledge are encouraged to apply).
