Job Title: Full Stack Developer (3-5 Years Experience) Location: Thiruvananthapuram / Hybrid Company: Clymb Clinical Experience: 3-5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing product development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong learning mindset, a positive attitude, and a passion for building scalable web applications using modern technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications and product features. Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React JS. Build robust backend services and APIs using Python. Work with MongoDB and PyMongo for data storage and management. Develop and maintain Azure Functions and cloud-native services. Participate in application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in Azure environments. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute innovative ideas to the team. Required Skills 3-5 years of experience in Full Stack Development. Strong proficiency in React JS. Strong backend development experience with Python. Experience with MongoDB and PyMongo. Experience developing and deploying applications in Microsoft Azure. Familiarity with Azure Functions, App Services, and cloud deployment practices. Experience with RESTful APIs and microservice-based architectures. Understanding of Git-based source control and Agile development methodologies. Solid problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Skills Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker. Exposure to AI/LLM-based applications is a plus.
