As a Data Analyst, your role involves analyzing large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. You will utilize statistical tools and business intelligence platforms to support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and distributing monthly performance reports across departments, developing dashboards and visualizations, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all reports. Key Responsibilities: - Data Analysis & Insights: - Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. - Use statistical tools and business intelligence platforms to support data-driven decision-making. - Reporting: - Prepare and distribute monthly performance reports across departments. - Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate key metrics effectively. - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports. - MIS Management: - Maintain and enhance MIS systems to streamline data collection and reporting processes. - Collaborate with other departments to improve data integrity and system efficiency. - Stakeholder Communication: - Provide regular updates to internal teams and senior management on performance metrics and business trends. - Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations. - Process Improvement: - Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data workflows. - Support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data reporting, or MIS. - High level proficiency in tools such as Excel, Word, and Power-Point. - Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
