About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Ops Engineer II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and support services, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibility Design, develop, and implement technical solutions to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality. Job Requirements Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and tools.
