About the role
As an HR Analyst at our company, your role will involve transforming people data into actionable insights by leveraging your analytical and technical skills. You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to build automated dashboards, predictive models, and process optimization workflows. Your key responsibilities will include: - Aggregate, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources such as HRIS, ATS, payroll, and engagement systems. - Develop automation scripts and data pipelines using tools like Python, SQL, or RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, etc.). - Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio to track HR KPIs like attrition, hiring, productivity, and diversity. - Create predictive models to identify flight risk employees, hiring efficiency, and workforce trends. - Perform statistical analysis (correlation, regression, clustering) to interpret workforce data. - Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to define metrics, design reports, and present insights. - Support compensation benchmarking, workforce planning, and headcount forecasting with data models. - Ensure data quality, governance, compliance, and security in all HR systems and reports. - Automate recurring reports using Excel macros, VBA, or Power Query to improve process efficiency. - Prepare executive summaries and presentations for senior leadership with actionable insights. Your technical skills should include proficiency in: - Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, VBA) - SQL for data extraction, joins, and transformation - Python or R for automation, data analysis, and visualization - Data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar - Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, Darwinbox, BambooHR - Familiarity with ETL/Data pipeline tools (Alteryx, Airflow, Talend, or similar) - Automation tools like UiPath, Power Automate, Zapier, or custom Python scripts - Statistical techniques (Regression, Forecasting, Clustering, Hypothesis Testing) - APIs and JSON for integrating HR data sources To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in HR, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field. - 25 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or people analytics roles. - Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving, and storytelling abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights to leadership. - High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity. Preferred qualifications include experience with predictive modeling, machine learning in HR, knowledge of data warehouses and SQL-based BI environments, scripting automation for HR workflows, certification in HR Analytics or Data Science, and experience in high-growth or digital transformation environments.
