Role & responsibilities 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience in requirement gathering and documentation. Knowledge of BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Microsoft Office. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
