QA Tester

As a Quality Assurance professional at Codebuddy, you will be responsible for designing and implementing test plans to enhance the usability of our products. Your role will involve collaborating with the development team and other QAs to identify errors, troubleshoot software code issues, and ensure software functionality. Responsibilities: - Designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures. - Executing tests on source code. - Analyzing test results and reporting to the development team. - Working with the development team to correct bugs and errors. - Performing routine inspections and quality tests. - Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures. - Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues. - Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed. - Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors. - Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports. - Making recommendations for improvement. - Creating training materials and operating manuals. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in QA testing. - Experience or knowledge in Automation testing is preferred. - Good working knowledge of test management software, programming languages, and QA methodologies. - Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus. - Ability to document and troubleshoot errors. - Strong teamwork and critical thinking skills. - Excellent data collection and analysis skills. - Strong attention to detail.
