Senior Data Scientist – Agentic AI / Gen AI Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 6–11 Years Location: Chennai (Work From Office – Pallavaram) Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Computer Vision & Data Scientist with strong expertise in Computer Vision, Generative AI, Agentic AI systems, and AI Copilot development. The ideal candidate should possess deep experience in designing and deploying scalable AI solutions involving computer vision, multimodal AI, LLM-powered workflows, autonomous AI agents, and intelligent copilots in production environments. This role requires: 6–11 years of total industry experience Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Gen AI / Agentic AI systems Remaining experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision We are seeking professionals who can independently drive AI initiatives as Individual Contributors (ICs) while collaborating effectively with cross-functional engineering and research teams. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Chennai (Pallavaram), and immediate joiners will be strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Computer Vision & Machine Learning Design and implement advanced computer vision algorithms for: Object detection Object tracking Image recognition Video analytics Segmentation and classification Build and optimize ML/DL models for large-scale image and video processing pipelines. Work with large structured and unstructured datasets involving visual and multimodal data. Develop scalable AI inference and deployment pipelines. Generative AI & Agentic AI Design and develop Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and execution. Build AI Copilots and intelligent assistants using LLMs and multimodal AI frameworks. Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based architectures. Implement prompt engineering, orchestration workflows, memory systems, and AI tool integrations. Build end-to-end Gen AI applications leveraging: OpenAI LangChain LlamaIndex Vector Databases Multi-agent frameworks Work on autonomous AI workflows involving reasoning, decision-making, and task execution. Collaboration & Research Collaborate with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Product teams to build production-ready AI solutions. Stay updated with advancements in: Computer Vision Generative AI Agentic AI LLMs Multimodal AI systems Contribute to architecture discussions, technical problem-solving, and AI innovation initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications Mandatory Requirements 6–11 years of overall experience in: Data Science Machine Learning Computer Vision AI Engineering Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in: Generative AI Agentic AI systems AI Copilot development Strong expertise in Python programming. Strong understanding of: Deep Learning Neural Networks Transformer architectures Multimodal AI systems Hands-on experience with: TensorFlow PyTorch OpenCV Experience building production-grade AI/ML systems. Experience with: LLMs RAG pipelines Prompt engineering Vector databases AI orchestration frameworks Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to independently own and drive technical initiatives as an Individual Contributor. Preferred Skills Experience building AI Copilot platforms or AI assistant products. Familiarity with: LangChain LangGraph LlamaIndex CrewAI AutoGen Semantic Kernel Experience deploying AI systems on cloud platforms such as: AWS Azure GCP Exposure to MLOps / LLMOps workflows. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable deployment architectures. Experience with multimodal AI systems involving image, video, and text reasoning. Educational Qualifications B.Tech/BE: Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Data Science Machine Learning Or related technical fields Additional Requirements Must be willing to work from the Chennai office location (Pallavaram). Immediate joiners will be strongly preferred. Candidates with less than 6 years of experience will not be considered. Key Traits Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
