Performed functional, regression, integration, smoke, system, and end-to-end testing to ensure software quality and successful product releases. Developed and maintained automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and TestNG to improve test coverage and reduce manual testing effort. Conducted API testing using Postman and validated backend data using SQL to verify business logic and data integrity. Identified, documented, tracked, and verified software defects using JIRA , working closely with developers to ensure timely issue resolution.
