Troubleshooting of all types of hardware (Desktops, laptops & Printers), software applications (Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of OS, MS Office). 2. Provide on-site or remote technical assistance including the setting up of computer hardware systems, installing and upgrading software, and troubleshooting basic IT issues. 3. Understanding of Windows Operating Systems ( Windows 10 & above), Registry, File systems, Service Packs, Install and uninstall mechanism 4.
