Job Description – ( Integration Designer ) - Understand / Study customer technical environment and derive Integration specific solutions - Engage & liaise with technical / functional SME's in customer teams to identify functional, Integration requirements, system Integration patterns & derive integration specific solutions - Define the Interface specifications + Design integration flows and related Technical design elements - Specify delivery, test and production configurations - Provide estimates and other planning inputs - Mentor / Lead developers to develop the right solution; Be the proxy PO to the Development team - Foresee risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies are highlighted and propose solutions Skills - 1) Must Have : - 12+ years of IT experience with 6+ in technical / functional SME's in customer teams to identify functional, Integration requirements - 4+ years as an Integration Designer / Technical Lead in Solutioning - Hands on experience on an iPAAS or Integration suite - Strong communication, influencing, presentation skills & client facing skills - Strong estimation and design skills 2) Good to have - - Working with French customers - Working in an Agile methodology / project - Onshore working experience Location : PAN India
