Exp: 5 – 8 Years Location: Mumbai Notice: 15 days or less Looks BFSI Domain experience***  Expertise in best practices for creating high quality software, including code reviews, source code control management, build & deployment and testing.  Hands On development experience in general purpose programming languages.  Java GWT, (spring / guice)  Sybase or SQL Server T-SQL.  Good understanding of Messaging Middleware (ex: MQ, TIBCO RV/EMS)  Strong oral and written communication ability to both technical and non-technical audiences  Basic knowledge and experience with financial products such as equities, fixed income, derivatives …  Self-starter with ability to initiate with the business, analyze and document independently  Strong ability to correlate business process with technology solutions to best benefit both business stakeholders and apply proper technology architecture.  Experience to provide support to business users on application in Production.  Must be highly organized with attention to detail.
