Should have ability to lead team of frontend/backend , QA and DevOps engineers Should be able to optimize & effectively manage resources and time of the team members Robust inter-personal skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams and business. Proficient in Java/ J2EE 8 or higher version Strong experience in Spring Framework such as Spring MVC, IOC, AOP and Spring JDBC. Strong knowledge on Object Oriented Programming Principles Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, concurrent programming. Experience in developing REST API's, RESTful Web Services, SOAP, JAX-WS, XML Strong experience in Micro services Experience in Web fundamentals like HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS, JSP, Servlets Demonstrates keen interest in the quality of product by writing unit tests and integration tests. Experience with SQL/No-SQL database technologies - MySQL, PostgreSQL, Mongo dB, Cassandra, Influx etc. Good knowledge on Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift Experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
