Job Description: • Monitors overall server health and Support application/product. • Report incidents. • Good Knowledge of Monitoring tools like Nagios, Grafana etc. • Creating incident tickets or service request tickets, logging all pertinent Information. • Flexible to work 24x7. General Qualifications:  Degree educated in Information Technology BE/ B. Tech/MCA., preferred  The candidate should have 1-3 years’ experience in handing server monitoring and system health-check.  Good knowledge of Linux (CentOS, Redhat etc.).  Basic knowledge of Cloud infra like GCP, Azure and AWS.  Good experience of Monitoring system like Nagios, Grafana, GCP monitoring and well-versed with its checks and configuration options.  Proactively report the issues to relevant stake holders.  Experience of Infrastructure & Application Alert Monitoring Desired Characteristics  Proactive and Highly motivated who can deliver independently while being a team player  Excellent communication & learning skills
